I remember when I lived my life within your eyes

When I looked at you

I could see a blue ceiling of cloudless skies

But now I'm lost

I can't find that perspective

A glaze of frost has clouded my objective

We shared the road with both our dreams in tow

We knew about the day

One of us would say "I'm sorry but its time to go"

And now you're gone

Your dreams have finally found you

And life goes on without my arms around you

If we dream this far by chance

Then fate can't save our circumstance

But if the stars guide our way

I know we'll meet again one day
